Section 01
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Unico Sofisticado, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Section 02
Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including item prices, shipping, and applicable taxes. All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where required. We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will receive a full refund for any cancelled order.
Section 03
Returns & Refunds
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Unico Sofisticado or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Our brand name, logo, and distinctive product photography are registered trademarks.
Section 05
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unico Sofisticado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Section 06
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Section 07
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve it directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands, under the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
